Celesto launches GitHub Actions drop-in CI runner at 96% lower per-minute cost

Celesto released Celesto CI, a drop-in replacement for GitHub Actions runners aimed at agent-scale workloads and priced as the cheapest CI runner on the market.
- Claims 96% cheaper per minute than GitHub's standard runner, and 89% cheaper on matching 2 vCPU / 8 GB hardware.
- Migration is a one-line change: runs-on: ubuntu-latest becomes runs-on: [self-hosted, celesto-micro].
- Offers $5 in trial credit (20,000 Micro minutes) with no card required.
- Worked example: 20,000 runtime minutes/month costs about $5 on Celesto Micro versus $120 on GitHub standard; comparable runners list Blacksmith at $80 and Ubicloud at $40.
- Celesto itself notes Micro is a smaller machine (1 vCPU / 2 GB), so jobs may take longer — time a job before comparing bills.
