Novix, a Chinese-led team, bets on RSI research agents and hires AI Researchers

Novix, a Chinese-led team, says it has built a scaled closed loop for recursive self-improvement (RSI) research agents, letting AI collaborate with scientists on real research work and iterate autonomously.
Its research spans four lines: RSI/AI for AI, next-gen model architectures, agentic RL for long-horizon tasks (multi-turn tool use, sparse rewards), and RL environments/verifiers with evaluation systems. The team is hiring AI Researchers and Research Engineers (interns and full-time) with ample compute, and offers flexible research collaborations with universities, labs, and independent researchers; existing partners include teams from Tsinghua, Peking University, UCAS, and Southeast University.
