Grok voice mode shines but drains the $30 plan; ChatGPT talk mode lags

A user review: Grok's bot is fast and intelligent but burns through the $30 plan quickly — don't make it do actual work, instead have it drive Codex or Claude, while its voice mode is excellent. ChatGPT's talk mode, by contrast, is a mess: earlier versions apparently route speech through text, and it tends to hang the machine.
