How do team decisions made outside Claude Code reach everyone's agent?
isa-rdz · reddit · 2026-10-21
A small team building internal tools each runs their own Claude Code. Last week they decided on a Java + MySQL stack in a meeting, but the repo's CLAUDE.md still told Claude to use Node and PostgreSQL — they caught it before building anything, and fixing it became a task of its own. The post highlights a real gap: how do decisions made outside a session (in meetings, docs, a colleague's chat) actually reach everyone's agent, and has anyone found a mechanism that sticks?
