Reddit user Jurgenlklopp reports an overnight quality drop in ChatGPT: it forgets key project details constantly, ignores instructions with an "ahh yes, you're right, my fault" reflex, and only corrects course after being pressed. A fresh chat got worse within 5 minutes.
The most tangible anomaly is voice: it always spoke Swiss German but now talks in standard German with an American or British accent.
