User koltregaskes reports the OpenAI desktop app is regressing: long local sessions sit loading the model before any interaction, conversations load in chunks, and errors like "workspace routing discovery timed out" force frequent restarts. By comparison, Claude no longer shows similar lag and Grok is much faster. After a brief stable period, reliability appears to be getting worse again.
