GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.102 fixes subagent MCP approvals and Auto model selection

GitHub Copilot CLI released v1.0.102-1 with two fixes:
- Prompt mode now honors managed Auto model selection for -p and piped stdin runs.
- Subagents honor custom and MCP tool approvals, avoiding duplicate permission prompts and letting inherited workflows run uninterrupted.
A practical minor update for developers building agent workflows on Copilot CLI.
