Arcmira announced its premium transcription service now has a worst-case wait of 5-15 seconds, down from 27 minutes. The fix gives speaker steps their own queue so polls stop waiting behind them, measured at p99. The author offered $200 to anyone who has waited more than 60 seconds for a premium transcript.
