Claude Code 2.1.306 fixes cloud session login errors and MCP API error masking

Claude Code CLI 2.1.306 ships two fixes:
- claude -p in cloud sessions no longer reports "Not logged in" when started without the session's environment variables
- API errors are no longer replaced by "prompt is too long" in MCP-heavy sessions, and an unnecessary compaction was removed; original API errors now surface
The release came just 7 hours after 2.1.305.
