PyTorch accelerator integration group details progress and priorities at PyTorchCon

On Day 1 of PyTorchCon, the PyTorch TAC Accelerator Integration Working Group held an in-person sync, reviewing recent deliverables: the Accelerator Integration Guide, the torch.accelerator API, and additional compute platform documentation pages. Work in flight includes unit test refactoring and the Cross Repository CI Relay (CRCR). The group also aligned on short- and long-term priorities, continuing to focus on backend generality, stability, and release-related work.
