Basalt monocular-inertial VIO ported to WASM: SLAM now runs live in mobile browsers

- The open-source visloc-rs project received an impressive PR from zalo porting Basalt's monocular-inertial VIO to WebAssembly, running SLAM live in mobile browsers.
- Everything computes on-device, using the phone camera and motion sensors, with camera-IMU time synchronization and opt-in per-step IMU noise.
- A service worker sets COOP/COEP headers to enable wasm threads; tested on iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, and a lighter setup on Firefox.
- The visloc-basalt changes total 1.1k lines, keep native results and tests unchanged, and the demo is playable on your own smartphone via a GitHub Pages link.
