Omnigent v0.19 adds MCP gateway, keyless sandbox Git access and SDK reasoning controls

Open-source agent platform Omnigent released v0.19.0, focused on safe tool and code access for agents:
- MCP registry and gateway: connect managed MCP accounts once in Settings; all tool calls from local or sandboxed agents route through a server gateway with shared policy checks
- Keyless sandbox Git access: sandboxed agents work with approved repos over SSH without holding the key
- Reasoning effort control: set reasoning effort for Claude SDK and Codex SDK agents from the web composer
- Custom agents can now be edited in Settings, with a conditional PATCH API for partial config updates
- Pull Requests panel shows pending reviewers and review states
