A developer shipped a major update to uivoid, a free hosted tool that turns your existing API into an authenticated MCP server — aiming to be "Vercel for MCP servers."
What's new:
- Full rebrand
- Custom domains (bring your own DNS, or use my-app.uivoid.app/mcp)
- No API? Start with a free hosted Postgres database whose tables become MCP tools
How it works:
- Run npx uivoid create my-app, or paste the setup prompt into Claude Code / Cursor
- Pick the endpoints to expose
- Each becomes a tool scoped read/write/destructive (destructive off by default), with OAuth or API keys and an audit log
Your API stays put; the CLI is open source on GitHub.
