Sensor Tower data shows Meta's AI companion app Muse hit 10.9M downloads since its September debut (10.2M in the US), making it one of only about a dozen apps ever to reach 10M US downloads within 40 days of launch. Most others were mobile games like Fortnite and Pokémon GO; the only non-game apps in the club besides Threads were Disney+. Muse is also retaining users at higher rates than rival AI apps and hasn't launched in Europe yet.
