Pinna: Mac app auto-records calls, transcribes locally, exposes them to AI agents via MCP
breukr · reddit · 2026-10-21
A developer released Pinna, a Mac app that automatically records calls from any app (Zoom, Teams, Meet, FaceTime, phone), transcribes them on-device, and exposes them to AI agents through a local MCP server.
The main tools are searchmeetings and gettranscript — ask "what did we agree on in Thursday's call?" and the agent finds the meeting and quotes the exact line. Transcripts never leave your Mac.
Recording is free; agent access requires Pro (7-day trial), with free Pro for the first 25 users.
