Citrus... Citrini used Claude to design antivenom proteins overnight with 300 sub-agents

Citrini Research spent 3 months working with Anthropic's internal research model on Citrini Therapeutics, aiming to design novel proteins (including scorpion antivenom candidates). Overnight, Claude spawned 300+ sub-agents on 300+ concurrent GPUs to design, score, and package proteins, then sent them to a physical lab for synthesis without further human input. Framed as an asymmetric bet on life sciences at cyclical lows; analyst commentary notes models excel in vitro but are limited by slow in vivo feedback loops.
