AI cloud company Nebius has joined the PyTorch Foundation as a Platinum member, with SVP of Applied AI Hanrui Wang joining the Governing Board and TAC.
- Nebius AI Cloud is used by startups and enterprises for large-scale PyTorch training and fine-tuning
- The company has long supported vLLM with compute for development, testing and benchmarking, including multi-node work on models like DeepSeek R1
- As a Platinum member it plans to contribute PyTorch and vLLM performance optimizations on the latest hardware and share production-scale inference and post-training learnings
