Nebius joins PyTorch Foundation as Platinum member, deepening vLLM inference work

The PyTorch Foundation announced that AI cloud company Nebius (NASDAQ: NBIS) has joined as a Platinum member. Nebius has long supported vLLM with compute for development, testing and benchmarking, including multi-node work on large models like DeepSeek R1; its Applied AI team contributes inference and post-training optimizations to open source, already merged into the PyTorch ecosystem. As a Platinum member it plans to contribute PyTorch and vLLM performance work on the latest hardware. SVP Ryan Hanrui Wang joins the Governing Board and TAC.
