Anthropic open-sources all 211 scorpion toxin binder designs with full wet-lab data
AnthropicAI · x · 2026-10-21
Anthropic has released all 211 tested binder designs and the accompanying lab data as a resource for scientists, published on Hugging Face (Anthropic/scorpion-toxin-binder-design, CC-BY-4.0).
- The dataset spans 22,638 rows across 19 configs: in-silico scores, expression, ELISA, competition assays, BLI, predicted structures and more
- A full technical report accompanies the release; the team stresses this is exploratory work, untested in living cells or animals, and not an antivenom
