Anam launches Cara-4.1 Express: 1.2s latency digital human beats HeyGen for 85% of blind raters

Anam released Cara-4.1 Express, a real-time AI avatar model that responds in 1.2 seconds, handles interruptions naturally, and makes eye contact feel lifelike, with better lip sync and prompt adherence than Cara-4 plus wider custom-avatar framings.
The company published a reproducible blind human eval: 85% of raters scored it above HeyGen, 88% above Tavus, and 92% above LemonSlice. It's live to try in Anam Lab.
