Konnect is a Rust-built native KiCad 10 plugin (1.3k GitHub stars) that connects Claude or any LLM to hardware workflows via MCP, exposing 217 tools for schematic drafting, component placement, real-time autorouting, ERC/DRC checks, live component stock search, and production-ready Gerber export. It uses KiCad's native IPC API and ships as a single lightweight binary, AGPL-3.0 licensed.
