gemini-cli PR fixes token usage metadata: preserves thoughts and tool-call counts across turns

- PR #29834 in google-gemini/gemini-cli (priority/p1, +329/-7) fixes extended token usage metadata handling across the a2a-server and core packages.
- It preserves thoughtsTokenCount, toolUsePromptTokenCount, and cachedContentTokenCount, clears metadata after final status updates to avoid re-emitting stale usage, and accumulates counts across un-emitted sub-turns.
- totalTokenCount is now the sum of all components, aligned across the converter and hook translator layers, with per-turn context usage reported once per final transition and new unit tests added.
