- Microsoft Research's AI for Science team released a public preview of BioEmu2, a foundation model for biomolecular structure, dynamics and function, with open weights under the MIT license.
- BioEmu2's dynamics are trained on a large corpus of MD simulations; the authors showcase a simulated binding of intrinsically disordered peptide PUMA to the MCL-1 receptor.
- Led by Frank Noe's group, the model is now publicly available.
