Filling out conference paperwork with Codex: 10 pages done in 7 minutes

vista8 · x · 2026-10-20

While organizing the 2nd China GEO Conference in Shenzhen, the author dumped his business license, ID cards and sample PDF templates into a folder and had Codex fill out all the approval paperwork from a single prompt. In under 10 minutes (6m48s per screenshot) it produced a 10-page draft including registration forms, event and security plans, and an official letter, delivered as editable Word and print-ready PDF. Codex also flagged items requiring human confirmation (venue security details, staffing, fees). A neat example of agents handling tedious real-world paperwork.
