Amp Adds Remote Desktop Viewing and Control for macOS and Linux Runners
Amp (Sourcegraph) · rss · 2026-10-16
Amp (Sourcegraph) now lets you view and control your macOS or Linux runner's desktop — handy for testing native apps the agent builds, such as iOS apps. Enable via Settings › Runner → "Share This Mac's Display" or launch with amp --no-tui --desktop. The client connects directly to the runner, making it near-instant on a local network. The Amp macOS app can also start a runner for you automatically.
