KAIST Humanoid v0.9 pushes 35kg objects while walking using onboard visual feedback
CyberRobooo · x · 2026-10-20
KAIST's DRCD Lab showed its Humanoid v0.9 (arms with RAILAB) pushing objects up to 35 kg and lifting 20 kg while walking, arranging letter blocks into "KAIST" — with arm forces destabilizing the legs and torso and vision closing the loop on placement. The interaction skills come from deep reinforcement learning and human-demonstration-based learning, demonstrating whole-body loco-manipulation on the platform.
