Anthropic's Anthropic Institute is hiring a Tabletop Exercise Lead in San Francisco to build and lead its tabletop exercise program.
- TAI houses the Frontier Red Team, Societal Impacts, Economic Research, and Rule of Law teams
- The role sets the research agenda: which scenarios to run, with which audiences, and what each tests — plus building comparable methodologies
- Includes hiring a team of facilitators and serving as the program's public voice
The poster jokes the rejection letter read: "two decades in command of Ultramarines is not sufficient."
