Sakana AI is hiring the first dedicated Product Strategy & Operations member, covering its full portfolio — Sakana Chat, Marlin, and Fugu — rather than a single product. Reporting to the Head of Product, the role owns business planning and KPIs, market and competitive research, cross-team projects, and enterprise delivery design, and is expected to grow into leading the function. Based in Tokyo (hybrid), business-level Japanese and English required.
