asc CLI changelog: user-input failures no longer counted as App Store Connect tool bugs
rudrank · x · 2026-10-20
Developer rudrank published the full changelog for asc, a CLI for App Store Connect, now at 5.14.3.
- Telemetry change: failures caused by user inputs — ambiguous selectors, missing local files, media upload inputs, existing output files, failing workflow steps, xcodebuild errors, and failed Xcode Cloud runs — are no longer counted as asc bugs in usage telemetry; messages and exit codes are unchanged.
- 5.14.3 fixes an "Access is denied" lock error for asc install-skills on Windows.
- 5.14.2 fixes asc signing run --help, improves selector error correction for asc builds view, and suggests matching commands for unknown subcommands.
- 5.14.1 builds with Go 1.27.2 (fixing HTTP/2 crash GO-2026-6617) and preserves formatting when editing project.pbxproj.
