One prompt turns Grok Bot into an overnight startup research team—and an open-source clone

Developer Arindam1729 shows how a single prompt turns Grok Bot into an overnight startup research team, and open-sources his own alternative built on open models.
The night shift: three bots on one cloud computer—
- 1 AM SCOUT mines real complaints from X, Reddit, G2, Product Hunt, and 1-3 star app reviews;
- 3 AM ANALYST scores pain points on frequency, intensity, willingness to pay, reach, and build time—anything under 18/25 is killed;
- 5 AM BUILDER turns the top 3 into startup ideas, each with a 14-day MVP plan.
Surviving ideas come with 3 real customer quotes and source links, closest competitors, a plan for the first 10 customers, and one critical test: would a stranger pay in week one?
The open-source version gives each bot its own tools (web search, cloud browser, code mode), memory as a plain editable MEMORY.md, and configurable approval levels; bots split work automatically and connect to Slack, GitHub, Gmail, and Notion via Composio.
