Black Forest Labs introduces FLUX 3 Max, adapted and optimized by fal. It generates a 10-second video in 12 seconds, ties for #1 in image-to-video, and is claimed 22x faster than Seedance 2.5 at the same quality, with a design focus on customization. Third-party testing (runablehq) found quality surprisingly close to Seedance 2.5, roughly 5x cheaper at comparable 720p pricing on Layer, with native audio and up to 20-second videos.
