Houdini node builds metric-accurate humans and animates them via NVIDIA text-to-motion
Fit_Revenue1928 · reddit · 2026-10-20
Developer Alaa Belghith (Anything Visual) shows a single Houdini node that builds a human body from real units — age in years, height in cm, weight in kg — using open-source SOMA and Anny body models solved to the exact measurements, with controls for gender, muscle, and surface smoothing. Motion is driven locally by NVIDIA's Kimodo text-to-motion model: draw a curve and it generates the motion along it. A practical pipeline combining parametric body generation with text-driven animation.
