HyperFlow open-sources 8-step speedup for MiniMax H3 video, ~3x faster at near full quality
kimmonismus · x · 2026-10-20
Video Rebirth open-sourced HyperFlow, an add-on for the MiniMax H3 video model that keeps the same workflows but replaces the 49-step schedule with a trained 8-step one, cutting generation from 175s to 60s (3x faster) with audio generated alongside video. Reviewer kimmonismus tested it on three very different prompts: characters keep the same face and outfit across shots, lighting stays smooth, fine textures like fabric, water and mist hold detail, fast action remains fluid, and audio matches on-screen content — a solid near-full-quality result for an open-source release.
