Elon Musk tweeted that many people are going to get "one-shotted" by super persuasive super intelligences — and he might be one of them. Rohan Paul amplified the point with a present-day example: plenty of engineers already merge a fix simply because the model's explanation sounded right. Together they highlight the persuasiveness risk of capable AI: fluent, confident model output erodes critical review, and the effect is already visible in everyday engineering decisions, long before any superintelligence arrives.
