Claude Code's --worktree --tmux keeps agents alive through dropped SSH and closed terminals

Claude Code can spin up a git worktree and tmux session in one shot with claude --worktree --tmux. Because the tmux server owns the pty, agents survive closed terminal windows, dropped SSH connections, and laptop sleep.
The author notes that scripting multi-agent control via send-keys and capture-pane hits a ceiling at around four parallel agents. The attached image shows crystl, a multitasking terminal for AI coding agents.
