Matt Pocock's TLDraw agent now draws polished software-factory architecture diagrams
mattpocockuk · x · 2026-10-19
Matt Pocock shares his TLDraw agent's progress: its latest diagram of "what makes a software factory work" is surprisingly polished, with nice use of color, alongside an earlier attempt. The diagram maps agent-driven development into AFK agents, the loop + the environment, a strategic layer of knowledge + practices, and the team — annotated with practices like fresh-context reviews, AGENTS.md as an index of pointers, and ownership.
