Engineer open-sources his "software factory": a modular, harness-agnostic agent skill workflow

JnBrymn wrote up his "software factory" — an AI development pipeline built as a modular, harness-agnostic agent skill, and is hosting a Penny University breakout on it.
- No vendor lock-in: he uses the pi.dev harness to switch between a $20/mo OpenAI account, a $20/mo Anthropic account, and pay-as-you-go open-source models; the skill avoids Claude-only or ChatGPT-only primitives since frontier harnesses are converging in features.
- Workflow: the skill guides task selection, brainstorming ("grill me"), and to-do generation; a subagent then creates a git worktree, implements the change, QAs it, merges, and cleans up.
- Modular structure: per-harness reference files (which he rarely needs), project-type "cookie cutter" references (web frontends, native apps, backends), and task-management references (typically a local directory of Markdown docs).
He stresses it's early experimentation, not the One True Way, and invites others to compare factories.
