Artist Dries Depoorter's The Flemish Scrollers is back: AI watches Flemish Parliament livestreams, detects phones via object detection, identifies politicians with face recognition (Python/Keras + FFmpeg), and auto-posts the clips to Twitter/Instagram tagging them. New in this run: it also checks what's on their laptop screens — the demo screenshot flags a laptop at 90% confidence showing dog photos.
