ChatGPT power user details broken conversation management: missing chats, deeplinks opening wrong threads

A long-term ChatGPT Plus subscriber (Windows app 26.1013.40934) documents multiple conversation-management failures: chats visible in the desktop app don't appear in web search even by exact title; some conversations lack Delete and Move-to-Project options while others have them; copied deeplinks can open entirely different chats; Recents gets cluttered; and a large important conversation vanished from the web UI, with a data export still undelivered after a week.
The case was escalated to OpenAI Support, and the user says they're considering moving work to Claude because basic find/organize/open/delete flows are too unreliable.
