Flagship Scene UI is an open-source ComfyUI custom-node interface for MiniMax H3 video generation, aimed at beginners intimidated by node graphs.
Features
- JSON planning: import structured plans (prompts, reference assignments, settings) and edit them in the UI
- Scene/clip organization: split projects into scenes with multiple clips, visual scene graph with regeneration history; regenerate individual clips without rebuilding the project
- Generate, assemble, upscale in one workspace, each step also runnable separately
- Camera controls: pick a time segment of a reference video and choose camera movement, translated into generation instructions (experimental; results vary)
Built on community nodes, credited in the repo, with a demo video attached.
