PRISM: privileged sibling-graph signals fix multi-agent topology drift
NationalUniversityofSingapore · hf · 2026-10-19
PRISM from NUS improves post-training of LLM multi-agent topology generators. Existing SFT corpora list only graphs that solved a query, with no per-query preference, so generators drift toward frequent rather than fitting topologies. PRISM recovers per-query signal via privileged information: a teacher reads, through a zero-initialized low-rank branch, a sibling graph that also solved the query but is unavailable at deployment, while the student matches the teacher's per-decision targets—reducing cross-task drift.
