Sentry co-founder's AI writing workflow: dictate ideas, let an agent outline, write it yourself
lmoroney · x · 2026-10-19
Laurence Moroney shares Sentry co-founder David Cramer's AI-assisted writing process: dictate all your thoughts (using Wispr), hand the transcript to an agent that turns it into an outline with notes, then take that outline into a writing tool and write the post yourself. The insight: the hardest part of writing is collecting and organizing thoughts—exactly where AI helps most, while voice and final sentences stay yours. His suggestion: talk through ideas for ten minutes, let a model sort them into an outline, then write every paragraph yourself.
