Don't run bot teams on scheduled wake-ups: an event-driven agent architecture
b_renat · reddit · 2026-10-19
Reddit user brenat shares how they keep multi-agent setups from 'falling asleep': instead of scheduled wake-ups and standups, agents are event-driven. When a status changes or a meaningful event occurs, the agent calls the responsible GrokBot over a webhook, so bots only wake when there's real work. Scheduled checks are the exception, not the default.
