Consultant open-sources agent-first slide editor where Claude Code edits decks from comments
beh_zod · x · 2026-10-19
Consulting trainer Paul Millerd open-sourced decks (MIT license) after arguing that building slides in PowerPoint or Google Slides no longer makes sense.
How it works: comment under a slide and your coding agent (Claude Code or Codex) edits the deck and replies on the slide — what it changed, a question for you, or why it left something alone. The repo ships a .claude/skills/decks skill, templates, and tooling, and he's working on a Codex plugin version.
Bonus coaching tools: built-in title testing, storyline checks, and 5/10-second comprehension tests to verify slides actually communicate — informed by his consulting-skills teaching.
