A developer has processed all 506 episodes of the Lex Fridman Podcast into a Chinese companion site (lex.qiaomu.ai) with 468 AI deep-reads.
- Official transcripts are reused where available; otherwise audio is downloaded and transcribed with local ASR, then rewritten and translated into Chinese
- AI was used to pick Chinese open-source fonts and fine-tune typography, with light/dark/sepia reading modes
- The static site supports PWA installation, per-episode URLs, full-text search, and full-text RSS
- The project (lexfridman-cn) is open sourced under MIT; a single Python build script generates all 506 pages
