New paper measures model capability via how models solve tasks, not success rates

A new paper, All models are equal, but some models are more equal than others, tackles the benchmark saturation problem: when most models pass, how do you still tell them apart? The authors propose measuring how models solve tasks rather than whether they succeed, using the solution process itself as a capability signal. Details are in the linked thread.
