Charles Schwab CEO Rick Wurster told Bloomberg the brokerage is blocking Meta's Muse AI agent: "We don't want someone just giving their password to Muse... We can't control it, the client can't control it, something could go wrong and who's liable?"
JPMorgan Chase has also confirmed it keeps AI agents out, extending the growing list of financial firms locking down automated agent access over authorization, controllability and liability concerns.
