Claude Code Remote Control bug hides session cards on mobile, blocks starting sessions from phone

A Claude Code issue report details two mobile Remote Control problems (Desktop on Windows 11, Claude Code 2.1.299, Android app):
- Session cards missing: proposal cards for new sessions and task chips in long-running briefings never render in the mobile app, so there's nothing to tap to start a session from the phone.
- Phone-typed messages don't count as user's own words: asking Claude from the phone to start a session is refused ("Start sessions only on the user's own words"), while the same request typed on the laptop works. Phone-sent messages carry queueSkipSlashCommands: true, suggesting they're treated as automated events. Turns triggered by a side session finishing also can't start sessions, falling back to cards the phone can't show.
Current workaround: have Claude write the brief to a file and manually paste one command into Dispatch on mobile, which starts a session on the laptop to read it — usable but requires copy-paste on every hand-off.
The reporter will be phone-only for several months, making every multi-step job's hand-off painful.
