70-shot music video: Krea 2 stills + two-pass MiniMax H3 motion in ComfyUI
extreme911 · reddit · 2026-10-18
Built entirely in ComfyUI on an RTX 5090: Krea 2 stills with per-character reference sets (face sheet, body, outfit) keep the bride consistent across 70 first frames; MiniMax H3 runs two passes — a 0.3MP motion preview, then the same latent resumed and refined at 2MP so approved motion survives to the final; finishing via VSR → DLSS5 upscale and DaVinci Resolve at native 24fps, no frame interpolation. Lessons: give each shot a new angle and action, lock identity with references rather than prompts, and check faces at the exact cut window since identity drifts after internal cuts.
