Developer builds change alerts for LLM prices and retirements across Bedrock, Azure and Vertex

A Reddit user launched Cloud AI Change Radar, an Apify actor tackling a real pain point: the same LLM appears, gets repriced, expands regions, or quietly disappears toward retirement on AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry and Google Vertex AI on each cloud's own schedule.
The author already scrapes official daily prices from all three clouds—about 32,000 token prices across 300+ models—and layered daily change detection on top, reporting:
- New models on a cloud, with region and input/output pricing
- Models removed from a price list (usually retirements)
- New regions, e.g. GPT-5 getting in-region processing in Canada
- Cross-region price cuts and increases with old vs. new prices
You can filter by model names ("claude", "gpt 5", "gemini"), by location (Canada, US, EU, UK or specific regions), and by change type, run daily or weekly, and get only the delta pushed to Slack or any webhook.
Pricing is $0.01 per check plus $0.002 per reported change—well under $1/month for daily checks. The author honestly notes change tracking only started this month; a companion cloud-ai-model-finder actor covers current prices across all three clouds.
